Can someone explain MBA specialization?

I should know by now, but I do not. I'm not talking about finance, marketing, management, or operations. Courses are offered in all MBA programs and concentrations, but not what I mean. What I mean is specialized in technology, health, science, etc in an MBA program. Are there actual classes in these subjects in MBA programs?

It seems that in India, specialized MBA programs are horribly. In States United States, some specialty programs, (I heard MBA in Health Administration, for example), but this is not really the norm. An MBA is a pretty title here general, so often that allows you some choice in which you can take a course like this, if available.
