technology learning disabilities

find one, easy email account simple for someone with learning disabilities / elderly?
Treatment setting an email to my brother so he can stay in touch with your friends. He has learning difficulties and find the technology confusing. I want to find one that is simple and straightforward to use. He does not need anything special, just a simple function that answered the call and large / clear icons and options. I use Gmail and Hotmail but can be a bit complicated and overwhelm. I searched Google free email accounts for people with disabilities or the elderly. In the United States (I am of the United Kingdom) pawpawmail.com which costs $ 5 per month. I can not find any similar service for free. Any help would be welcome! Or can someone please invent one:) Thanks in advance
You need a supplier that POP mail you can use a simple client like Mozilla (instead of Outlook). I hope that it is already online with your Internet service provider can provide a POP email account, simply plonk the configuration on the client and goes.
