How technology has improved the way doctors are trained?

How does technology in today's world forever better team than the nurses / doctors save lives and how technology has changed over time and helped better doctor or nurse during your training? I'm doing a project and need to know.

I'm a paramedic SA and qualifications in 1994 (yes, I'm so old) Ever since I qualified, there have been enormous changes in equipment and techniques we use today. We can reach patients more quickly with the most modern vehicles, GPS, radio communication and Internet sales and even in the sense that it can transmit information through mobile control center or ER, get quick access to toxic chemicals and related treatment recommended. Then, with the advance team that can carry the team for the patient who was not available year. (For example, 3, 5, 10 and 12 machines cardio ECG for rapid assessment and possible treatment), for example. Pasing patients. We also quicker and better ways to administer fluids to patients shocked by IO (intraosseous) addition means as usual IV and airways to better serve attendees of ventilation and oxygen administration. We have better drugs and drug treatment is initiated in the field and not wait to start treatment in hospital. Not all equipment is only for medical personnel to use, but AED (Automated External Defibrillator) can be used by anyone trained to increase survival of patients with heart failure.
