How do I become a ghost hunter and how do I get the technology and where can I find a local group?

To be a paranormal investigator, one must have an open mind. Everything that people say is paranormal may not be. There is a logical explanation for supposed paranormal activity 90% of the time. Cold Spots can be drafty windows. Drafts and the weather can open and/or shut doors. Lights can cause shadows and trick the mind into seeing something that is not there. When investigating, see if you can recreate the supposed paranormal activity. If you can, that is one less thing the owner has to worry about. If you can’t, then you may have found something paranormal.
The equipment you can get online. I use a EMF meter, KII meter, thermometer, digital voice recorders, digital cameras, and video cameras with night shot. Check on ebay, possibly cheaper there.
You can google local groups or start your own, but make sure you have at least one other person before you start. The number one rule of investigating is never go alone.
