technology grants for private schools

Can anyone tell me if these prove worth it?
I want to go to a school called Mt Sierra College in Monrovia, CA Bachelor of Technology Information with a concentration in information security. I think it's a business school and is expensive. These are credited to School: Accredited by the Commission Accreditation of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) Arlington, VA approved as a degree granting institution by the Department of Post-Secondary Private and Professional (BPPVE), Sacramento, CA U.S. Department of Education approved to offer federal loans and scholarships to eligible students, Washington, DC These prove quite good and I register for school. How I can know if it is a good school or not. What should I look?
Sad but if this school is located in California and offers an undergraduate degree must be accredited by WASC (Western Association of Schools and colleges), which is the regional accrediting body for this of the country. I looked at the website of the school, and one or two very disturbing things about it. First, the school is only 17 years, and was founded by the current President and CEO of the university. It was not a Ph.D. The only information I can find for him is that he has taught at DeVry, which does not sound like a fund sufficient for a university president! Do not see anything on the site of a Board of Governors, which control the behavior of President. There is nothing on the site on which it education – which is important, and if it is not, one wonders if they are really qualified. I was also the place to watch your business program, because as a business professor, I know something about these things. The classes are not very bad list, but information on what you prepare for this is full. There is no way you're hired as a sales manager or a management consultant at a university rights, especially one like that. I really think twice before enrolling here.
