But I really really really want it to be female and fun. Any nail polish or hair dye experiments, etc. PLEASE HELP! <3 NAB

Try to give a company called National Starch and Chemical appealed. They provide the raw materials for personal care products, hair spray greatly. They may be able to give some information. There was a movement several years to reduce the solvents used for environmental purposes. This could be a good basis for the project. Look at Ciba Specialty Chemicals in hair dyes.
