What is the best technology school in Toronto?

I am a new residence in Toronto with an Electronic Engineering degree from a foreign university. My degree has little value when it comes to finding employment in Canada. I want to get an additional technological diploma from a large, well respected, private technology school like ITT in the USA Does anyone know what is the best technology school in Toronto?

Toronto university is the best school in that area. Waterloo is also good, but futher out of town.
