Attenders of ONLINE COLLEGE, name a GOOD accredited college?

I am looking to go to a good, accredited online college.
I intend to go for a Bachelor’s degree (maybe a Master’s) in
Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering.
In short computer programming. Preferably a college that does not require that you be employed while attending. ( If that is possible) The price is beside the point for now. I just need some good leads. I would be really greatful to hear from those that attended the college, more than from those that heard about them. Maybe even some advice on schools that I should steer clear of, as well. Phoenix was one that I was looking at, BUT they require that you be employed or work within the field of study to attend. I would rather look into one that doesn’t, first.
I just want to be able to focus on studying and studying only until I feel that I am fully prepared to work within the field. Thanks to all who offer their advice!
