Kraft Food Technology?

I'm doing work for school and trying to find information on the use of technology to Kraft Food. I found some things, but nothing with a lot of information. My article should identify the current state of technology at Kraft Foods, 2) identify emerging technologies applicable to the company, 3) assess what the potential of this technology to obtain or maintain a competitive edge and 4) assess challenges for the organization, design, processes, systems and people management. Any thoughts on good places to look (other than a web search?) Thanks!
