Where to settle?

I would like to make suggestions here. Here the criteria I have here and relocation planning Hawaii in another state in the United States: 1. Not far from Hawaii. 2. Public schools, kindergarten through high school. 3. Affordable housing. 4. Not too hot in summer, less than 80 F, not too cold during the winter, above 40F. 5. Many jobs in information technology. 6. Large Chinatowns. 7. Little natural disasters. I ran these criteria on the web, and each site offers different results. Please help if you have time. Does anyone know if there is a dildo providing a service that you say the state could be the best state to move to based on personal criteria? Is there a national agency that can do instead of going I to each state and research? Thanks!
