history technology in the classroom

Does this sechdule seem like too much for a freshman?
Okay, so I’m in the science and technology program at my high school and I’m wondering if my sechdule seems like a lot for a 9th grader. Oh, and all of the classes with S/T are Science and Technology.
Biology S/T HSA
Geometry S/T
Advanced Orchestra
Honors 9th grade language arts/literature
Foundations of Technology(engineering 1) S/T
Spanish 1
*lunch*
Honors U.S. History
oh, and does where the classrooms are seem like they’re too far away from each other.

No. I took those classes, but I took latin and was involved in Latin Club, became a Student Council Officer, and I was a part of the Art Honors Society. I didn’t have enough room on my schedule for band, so I took it after school and continued to teach myself w/ a little help from the band teacher.
I ranked # 20 in my class out of 606 students and I was slacking off. All my classes were as high of a level as they could be. You’ll be fine. (: Middle school was sooo easy, but expect test and quizzes multiple times a week. You have to stay on top of your work or you’re going to fall behind. Make sure you pay attention in class, take notes, high light what’s important in one color and things you are having trouble on in another color.
Try using popular song tunes to study, try flash cards, re typing your notes has been proven to work, etc. Look over your class notes daily. Try to get involved and do sports if you can. Don’t get involved with drama and boys can be distracting. Do what you know is right and don’t get involved in drugs and drinking, even though a bunch of other kids will. People change so you may not be best friends with the same people, but you are going to meet new ones.
As for getting to class on time, I suggest getting a school map or if necessary make your own and fine out the best and shortest routes throughout the school. Don’t stop in the halls to talk with friends, that’s what lunch is for.
If you ever have questions, ask them. It’s school, the teachers are there to help you and chances are other people have the same question, but are too chicken to ask. (-: Be a leader, not a follower, wear what you like and do your hair how you please.
This sounds like a lot and it may be overwhelming, but trust me, you will get the hang of it after a few weeks. Don’t worry, or stress out.
Sincerely, Emilla.
