Lose 25 pounds by myself?

I am a girl of 13 who weighs 20-30 kg more than me. I do not see much bigger, but I want to lose weight. I'm basically a couch potato because I am very interested in things to do with technology (such as web design, not video games). Furthermore, it is very cold I can not do an activity outside. My family is very supportive of me trying to lose weight, I suppose, and I am too sensitive to talk. Yes, it would be difficult to achieve in reality to buy special foods for me to eat. Also excersise do with me. Basically, I need a way to lose 20-30 pounds (I'm 5 feet 5 and weighed 162 the last time I checked) and I need a method of food or I can make and enforce, by myself. I also want to have fun excersise I can do the same and only without anyone knowing, as in a small room or in my bed. How long I can lose weight much more if I am a good plan? Is the work Slimfast liquid diet for children like me? Am I in danger? Help! I need an expert!

Slimfast is not good for his age. I only eat the same foods the other, but leave some. Say you're too full for dessert. The best thing to do is exercise, exercise, and cut the power to weight probably fairly quickly (within 6 months).
