benefits technology classroom

The advantages of using technology in the classroom?
There are many, you can animate and illustrate lectures with PowerPoint slides available on the web. Use DVDs and CDs that are related to the topics. You can ask students to do research and share data with others, you can keep scores and assistance so they are at your fingertips. You can use email to contact parents and offer students online help. In essence, you can do much more in less time. There are some drawbacks, however, technology seems to be a tendency to fail at the most critical, the bulbs are burned, circuits blow, DVDs are scratched, the cables disappear, sometimes there are problems with software compatibility. Moreover, despite e-mail that gives access to parents and students but also gives them access to you as a teacher and many of them are very special, especially when it comes to grades. They think that there should be published and updated notes every day and want to know why Johnny does not get an "A". Furthermore, face to face communication component of the photos to interpret the words differently so you think it is a benign statement Johnny ends up being a cause of World War III. Conversely some of their complaints appear unreasonable and even against front that has a clear idea of what they have in mind. The last factor is that children trick, cheat, cheat on the Internet. They plagiarize, share and programs level hack and databases. It is certainly a double-edged sword. Not and should not disappear, but certainly the means to reduce some of the problems must be found.
