Is it possible that someone with no software development experience in SAP Basis and Administration to learn?

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question above. I need your help, people. I am an IT Sales / Marketing person who is currently unemployed. I was interested in SAP technologies for some time. I'm not sure ABAP learn programming but were warned not to go for SAP SD, as I have no experience in sales of the traditional sector (like selling the car, Manufacturing, health sectors, etc..) Let me know if it is possible for someone like me for self-learning of SAP Basis, as courses in my part of the world are very, very expensive. Therefore, my reason to opt for SAP is because 1) I find really interesting ERP packages, 2) The market for SAP professionals is well-Tech where I live 3) I have a career closely related technology. Please help me, my friends. Your feedback can help sort I have doubts about spending my career.
