Which is better, UTS (University of Technology Sydney) or TAFE NSW?

I am looking for a good university in Sydney, but you can pay about $ 9,000 – $ 10,000 ps for the expenses of foreign students … bcoz I'm an international student .. What do you think n UTS TAFE? Which is better ..? Is there a university that can give me some knowledge and experience? ..
